Had multiple problems with my microwave and honestly thought it was probably fried. Russell diagnosed the problem (a faulty magnetron and blown fuse) and methodically replaced the necessary parts. This was a microwave/oven wall unit so it required a lot of disassembly but Russell handled it like a pro. You can tell he has lots of experience. Russell is the best! I was able to get an appointment quickly and he diagnosed the problem with my LG washing machine and showed me why he made that diagnosis. He ordered the part and came back out to install the part. My 10 1/2 year old washer just past warranty is now like new! He is knowledgeable and efficient. Plus he is a really friendly and affable person. His magnetic card is on my fridge should any future appliances have problems. It is better to fix than fill up the landfill!!
