I can’t say enough great things about High City Appliance. Their customer service is amazing! Tatiana returned our calls immediately, set up a same- day appointment for us, and went the extra mile to find the part for our washer so it could be installed at an earlier time. Russel repaired our washer, and he was incredible. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. He went out of his way to repair our washer ahead of schedule. We highly recommend High City Appliance and their fabulous employees!

Russel was wonderful to work with and was very knowledgable of our washing machine issues. When we had some issues after our initial repair, he came back to make sure it was done right and was very responsible. We have since used him for a few other rental repairs, and are glad to have his number for any future issues. Excellent! We've recommended him to other friends as well and they were also very pleased.
