The two gentlemen were nice. Put shoe covers on as they entered my home. Explained what was wrong. Gave me a price. Cleaned my dryer along with replacing the rollers and belt. And that was it. On time as well. Great service
Russell was great! Our dishwasher was holding water in the bottom and not emptying properly and, of course, we had houseguests coming! I phoned High City on Saturday and they tried to squeeze us in for that afternoon but ended up scheduling us for service on Monday 12-3. Russell texted at 11:57 that he was headed our way and about 34 minutes out. He arrived promptly, was very efficient and professional. He assessed the problem and determined a new pump was required. He quoted the price including labor and we decided it was better than the hassle of replacing the dishwasher, and he said he could be back on Wednesday to complete the repair. On Wednesday, he texted when he was about 29 minutes out and on his way. He arrived promptly and quickly installed the new pump and carefully cleaned up his work area in front of the dishwasher. All went as smoothly as possible.

Artem was wonderful. He came to fix an issue with our freezer and while it required some new parts, he came and completed the installation as soon as everything arrived. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work and the nature of the problem. He even returned at no charge to tune up a minor issue we were having problems with after the repair. They are a smaller repair company, but the service and the attention to detail is worth giving them a try.
