I had a very positive experience working with High City Appliance. I was able to have a technician come out on the same day I called. Russell, our technician, did a great job of explaining our options and was able to repair our refrigerator in about an hour and a half. I would recommend City High appliance to anyone in need of appliance repairs.

Russell at High City did a GREAT job on our washer and dryer. We just moved into the home and the appliances were existing from the previous owners for over 10 years. He took them both apart, did a FULL cleaning inside and out, and put them back together. It solved an error code we kept getting, gave us peace of mind knowing our washer is "fresh" and our dryer is clear of all obstructions/not going to start a fire, and was very informative the whole time he was working here. We're very happy with the service.

Excellent service! We have a 19 year old Whirlpool dryer. It was making screeching sounds and rumble noises. Russell came out and checked and needed to order some parts. He came back and replaced a bunch of rollers and other parts and still heard a rumbling noise. Another roller was needed. The part was ordered and was also replaced. Dryer runs like new. Thanks Russell! I will get with High City Appliance Repair the next time something needs repaired.
