Our repairman was very knowledgeable, clean, explained everything to great detail. Other repair companies refused to work on Bosch. He said her prefers them for for their quality. My wife appreciated that he wore booties over his shoes and played down towels on the floor by the dishwasher.

Russell is the best! I was able to get an appointment quickly and he diagnosed the problem with my LG washing machine and showed me why he made that diagnosis. He ordered the part and came back out to install the part. My 10 1/2 year old washer just past warranty is now like new! He is knowledgeable and efficient. Plus he is a really friendly and affable person. His magnetic card is on my fridge should any future appliances have problems. It is better to fix than fill up the landfill!!
