Had multiple problems with my microwave and honestly thought it was probably fried. Russell diagnosed the problem (a faulty magnetron and blown fuse) and methodically replaced the necessary parts. This was a microwave/oven wall unit so it required a lot of disassembly but Russell handled it like a pro. You can tell he has lots of experience. I would not hesitate to use him again for any appliance repair.

Our repairman was very knowledgeable, clean, explained everything to great detail. Other repair companies refused to work on Bosch. He said her prefers them for for their quality. My wife appreciated that he wore booties over his shoes and played down towels on the floor by the dishwasher.
