Russell arrived on time and quickly identified the issue—a faulty compressor in our 3-year-old LG fridge. He took the initiative to contact LG and secure approval for a replacement, which was still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. I was so relieved not to deal with LG's customer service myself.
