Reasonable price
Washer was having issues and the manufacturer search wasn't able to send some out for a week and we had laundry in the washer and the door would not open. Called Hi City and they send some out the same day. Russell was great. Very professional. Came in, diagnosed the issue. Offered the solution and gave us the choice to repair. Pricing was very fair and he did an excellent job getting us up and running. Even set the washer to rewash the laundry that had been stuck in the washer. I'd recommend Russel and His City Appliance for any repair service you may need. That for the qi=uick and great response.

I can't say enough good things about Russell! He came out to fix several issues with my fridge, and he was absolutely fantastic.
First off, he was prompt and arrived right on time. He communicated every step of the way, explaining what he was doing and what the problems were. He's also very personable and friendly, which made the whole experience much less stressful.
It's so rare to find a repair person who is not only skilled but also takes the time to be courteous and communicative. And to top it all off, Russell cleaned up after himself! You wouldn't even know he'd been there, except that my fridge is working perfectly now.
