Russel came at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem with my wine fridge said that getting the part would be difficult, so he fixed the part and replaced some components on the control board. He came back in a week and installed the board and now the fridge works great.

He diagnosed the problems quickly, had the parts ready, and had both appliances up and running again in no time. I especially appreciated that he explained everything and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need.

Zach came to fix my fridge. He quoted me a price and even though he had to come back 2 more times , he didn’t charge me anymore. He was respectful of my house and my fridge works beautifully.
